In this interactive workshop, Diana De Marchi will speak
about the active policies of the Metropolitan City of Mi-
lan aimed at creating equal opportunities
for men and women, particularly with re-
gard to employment and education. Var-
ious projects are underway involving in-
stitutions, associations, and businesses
to establish a network of best practices
that will enhance the value and imple-
mentation of these policies. The goal is
to enrich this network, implement new projects, and turn
these objectives into reality through a ‘generous revolu-
tion’ that changes the way we think about and imagine the
role of women in our society.
Diana De Marchi is the Delegate Councillor for Employment
Policies, Social Policies, and Equal Opportunities of the Met-
ropolitan City of Milan, dedicated to promoting inclusive pol-
icies throughout the institution and for its citizens.
