Cooking Class With Cinzia Francabandera

members to come together, learn, have
fun—and contribute to a meaningful
cause!
Join Italian born Cinzia, a Benvenuto
member since 2012, and learn how to
prepare a delicious Italian meal. Cinzia’s
culinary expertise is deeply rooted in her
Italian heritage; born and raised in Puglia,
she learned her culinary skills from her
mother and later attended cooking classes
while travelling the world with her family.
Cinzia has offered classes on the art of
Italian cuisine to
locals and expats
in both Spain and
China. Now, she is
excited to share her
passion for cooking
from her Milanese
kitchen.
Join Cinzia as she
guides you through
the preparation of a four course meal, then
enjoy a relaxed lunch around her table,
accompanied by a glass of wine. Discover
the secrets behind the different dishes,
learn new culinary techniques and absorb
Cinzia’s infectious enthusiasm, which
makes the cooking process both enjoyable
and easy.
All profits from the class will be donated
to Benvenuto’s supported charities. The
menu below is in Italian, but recipes will be
provided in English:
 Mezze maniche ai pomodorini
caramellati e stracciatella
 Trofie al pesto con fagiolini e patate
 Torta salata ai carciofi e camembert
 Crumble di mele con gelato
