Benvenuto has teamed up with
Cantina del Castello di Uviglie in
Rosignano Monferrato (AL) for a
truly special outing!
7:45am – leaving Milan by car
(pool)
9:00am – arrival at the Cantina
and welcome;
truffle hunting in the woods with
specially trained dogs – a fantastic
walk through nature;
back to the Cantina, where we will
be given a talk about their production
of high-end wines.

da cantone, where some of the wine
is aged.
wine tasting and gastronomic
session–we will be served 4 glasses
of wine, accompanied by some
typical produce of Monferrato,
including a dish of warm egg and
black truffle.
